Happy New Year Friends of the Bull & Bush!
First off, we want to thank all of you for making our 40th Anniversary year such a huge success. We hope you had as much fun as we did during the yearlong celebration. Don’t fret though, we aren’t slowing down now. 2012 promises to be the most exciting yet!
We finished last year off by putting a bunch of new tanks in the brewery. What does this mean for you? Many more unique and interesting brews coming out of Brewmaster Gabe and team all year long.
A few teasers of what’s going to be on tap
January is Gravity Month! We will be tapping a new German gravity keg every Friday with the following special guest beers:
1/6: Lowenbrau Kellerbier
1/13: Mahrs Brau Helles
1/20: Mahrs Brau Pilsner
February will be Barleywine month. We’ll let your mouth water for a little bit just thinking about what might be in flowing from the Bull taps.
Burger of the Month …CONTEST!
As most of you know, we have been creating a burger of the month (BOTM) in addition to our regular menu for some time now. January is the Anti-Resolution Ultimate Cheeseburger. Think burger with all the fixins, sitting between two grilled cheese sandwiches (yum)!
For February, we are looking to you all for inspiration. If you have a good idea for BOTM, email info@bullandbush.com with your idea. If we pick your creation, you can come in for a free burger and pint of Bull & Bush beer.
Football is not over yet!
February 5 is the Super Bowl and we plan to make a valuable party out of it again this year. We will be collecting food for local charity. Bring in 5 non-perishable items or a $10 donation and you will get a free Bull & Bush pint glass to take home with you. Yes, we will also fill it with beer (must be consumed on premises). If you are bringing a check, please make it out to Food Bank of the Rockies.
This is only a sneak peek into what we have in store for our 41st year. Make sure to follow us on Twitter and check online for up to the minute info on what we’re tapping and what’s in store.
Cheers,
David and Erik Peterson
