Wednesday, November 9th, we are bringing in flavors from some of the best distilleries in Colorado, and pairing them with a delicious 5 course menu by Chef Michael Robinette. Don’t miss out on this one. It is limited to the first 20 people. Tickets are $70 at the bar, CASH ONLY! We will not reserve tickets for you so get off your rear and come on in for a pint!

First Course
Buffalo Carpaccio with a Smoked Corn Relish and a Sweet Onion Creme Fraiche
Served with a What’s Your’s Old Fashion – Downslope White Whiskey

Second Course
Poached Colorado Pears with House Made Bacon and Mixed Green Salad
Served with Leopold Bros. American Small Batch Whiskey on the Rocks

Third Course
Char Grilled Pork Belly with Fall Vegetable Puree and Parsnip Chips
Served with Downslope Anniversary Rum (Aged 1 yr. in a Sonoma Cab. barrel)

Fourth Course
Braised Short Rib with Chile and Cheese Polenta and Short Rib Au Jus
Served with Breckenridge Bourbon and Stranahan’s Colorado Whiskey

Fifth Course
Candied Spiced Pecan Pie with Bourbon Wort Caramel
